Experience:
(2)Two to (4) four years of marketing experience and a bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferable.

Self-motivated and confident in making sound marketing/business decisions Experience with deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound organizational, coordination, scheduling, outlining, and multi-tasking skills Creative problem solving skills Team-oriented with positive attitude Ability to maneuver from analytic tasks to creative ideation Possesses knowledge of traditional marketing paradigms
Responsibilities:
Monitors marketing budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts Develops and implements marketing/advertising campaigns based on competitor analyses and advertising ROI results Heads community involvement/outreach projects and events Works in conjunction with our marketing firm to develop new company literature; manages literature website Manages company website material, website tracking (Visistat), news articles, ad generation/proofing, and all online/internal video content (Sales Advantage) Oversees development of Vac-Con's online training module Supports Sales staff by providing analyzed AEM data, market trends, and forecasting Assists Sales personnel in implementation and development of new CRM program Plans all major tradeshows by identifying and coordinating requirements; guides booth development and advertising; establishes contacts; develops schedules and mailing lists Collaborates with Sales in the development of annual dealer meeting videos and presentations Oversee continuance of external Net Promoter Score program Manage all company social media accounts:
Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter Supports/facilitates executive management in the branding of new products Recommended Skills Analytical Branding Communication Confident And Emotionally Stable Coordinating Creative Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
